Which system suits Monona

Older detached garages lean polyurea. Where a garage is attached and heated and the slab reads dry, epoxy is usually the better value.

It is a good sign, not a bad one. Dusting is the weak top layer giving up, and diamond grinding removes exactly that layer to reach the sound concrete underneath.
The garage is small. Is it worth it?
