My garage is attached and finished. Will grinding make a mess inside the house?
Grinding is the dusty part of the job, so we run dust extraction on the grinders to catch it at the source rather than clean it up afterwards, and we protect the space around the work. The garage does need to be completely cleared before we start — we'll tell you exactly what has to be out and by when.
The sun comes straight in the door onto my floor. Does that change anything?
It can. Prolonged UV is the one thing that ambers an epoxy topcoat over time, and it shows up exactly where the light lands — the strip just inside the door. Polyaspartic topcoats are UV stable and hold their color, so if your floor catches real sun we'll raise it at the quote.
What does a garage floor coating cost in Madison?
