Timberline Epoxy is a family-owned garage floor coating business based in Mauston, Wisconsin. This page explains exactly what this website collects, who handles it, and what we do not do with it. It is short because the site does very little.
What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you type into the quote form yourself:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your city
- Your email address (optional)
- Your garage size (optional)
- Anything you write in the message box (optional)
Name, phone and city are required because we cannot quote a floor without knowing who you are, how to reach you, and whether you are inside the area we cover. The rest is optional.
If you call or email us instead, we have whatever you tell us directly. The website is not involved in that.
Why we collect it
To respond to your quote request, arrange a time to look at your slab, and give you a price. That is the entire purpose.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing messages to people who asked for a quote.
Who else handles it
Formspree delivers the quote form to our inbox. When you submit the form, your details pass through their service on the way to us. They process it on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy terms.
Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, their servers process the ordinary request information a browser sends when it loads a page.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with advertisers, lead brokers, marketing companies, or other contractors.
What this site does not do
This is worth stating plainly, because most contractor sites cannot say it:
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no visitor tracking of any kind on this site.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. No Meta pixel, no ad retargeting, no cross-site tracking.
- No session recording or heatmaps.
- No advertising or analytics cookies. That is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email and in our job records, the same way a phone call or a written estimate would. If a job goes ahead, the contract and job file are business records and we keep them.
If you would rather we delete an enquiry that did not turn into work, ask us and we will.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this page
If what the site collects ever changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated.

Call or email and ask. There is no form for this and no department to go through — it is the two of us.
